If I let the room to you and you're a smoker I expect you to Please smoke outside in the garden or out the front of the house there will be no smoking in the house please, so NO hanging out the bedroom window as it's too cold and you can't thered to go out side (the smell still comes in if you hang out a window).
There is a TV in the room with basic virgin (no extra channels, no "On Demand" but there is a Now TV box in there with movies and entertainment channels from Sky, so enough to keep you entertained when we want our own space.
